AMP Bijapur team organized Mega Teachers Training Program

Association of Muslim Professionals (AMP) Bijapur Chapter in association with British Council & R.I.E.S Certified Master Trainer Mr. Nazeer Hundekar organized a successful Mega Teachers Training Workshop from 8^th Oct to 21^st Oct 2018.

The programme was conducted at Allama Iqbal Hall Anjuman – E – Islam Degree College Bijapur, which was conducted for 14 days. The Teacher Training Program was organized for the Private school teachers & total 27 teachers from different schools of the city attended the program.

The main idea behind conducting the teachers training program is to sharpen & to upgrade the skills of teachers, to make teaching & learning entertaining.

The Topics of 14-day training sessions as follows.

• Rote to cognitive learning
• Importance of Communication & Quality Education
• National Curriculum Framework
• Holistic Learning
• Story Narration
• Process of 5 E's Engage,     Explore, Express, Elaborate, Evaluate.
• Child-Cantered Class Room.
• Listening Sub-Skills 
• Listening For Details

The above-mentioned topics & numerous activities were used to sharpen the skills of teacher trainees. There was an overwhelming response from the Teachers, who found the session to be very beneficial for them. This training not only helps students but also to the teachers to grow professionally. Every day the Master Trainer used to come up with the 2/3 new activities & topics.
