A job fair is an event where companies send recruiters to advertise job openings, collect resumes and screen potential employees. Some job fairs attract college students or recent graduates, and others target a specific sector, such as health care or education.
A job fair promotes businesses to potential employees. The fair usually has tables or booths set up where resumes are collected and business cards are exchanged. The job fair provides an opportunity for employers or recruiters to meet prospective job seekers. This is a chance for job seekers to stand out from others and receive an overview of employment options with the company. In some cases, a job fair provides an ideal opportunity to secure an interview.
One of the main objectives of Association of Muslim Professionals is to support the underprivileged & to empower them socially & economically by providing career opportunities to the unemployed youth.
As part of our regular activities, we conduct Job Fairs in different parts of the country. We have placed many deserving candidates in the process. Our Job Fairs are a unique platform that help connect Corporates, Consultants & Local Businesses with qualified, deserving Candidates. Quality candidates, face-to-face interviews, first-rate facilities & Professional Grooming Workshops are just a few of the benefits that we offer at our events.
These Job fairs give the unemployed youth a chance to meet a number of employers face-to-face in one setting & the opportunity to get placed in a reliable organisation in profiles that suit/interest them the most.
In our Job Fairs, we typically invite around 40-50 corporates who have openings for varied profiles and over 1000+ candidates attend each of our Job Fairs.
We have conducted about 17 Job Fairs so far and our Monthly EAC Plan for 2017-18 is to conduct one Job Fair every month.
(Note: Our Job Fairs are open for people of all castes, faiths and backgrounds.)
