Keeping in mind AMP's core objective of supporting the underprivileged, promoting education, and creating economic empowerment by providing career opportunities to the unemployed youth, AMP had launched a special project with the name of AMP Employment Assistance Cell (EAC) during its initial stages of formation. Today it is one of the core projects of AMP.

Through our EAC, we undertake active, effective and ongoing initiatives to make the youth employable, to avail them of career opportunities, and to economically and socially empower them.

Our major EAC activities include, but are not limited to, conducting -

In today’s fast-paced and competitive world, it is extremely essential for students and candidates to keep updating their knowledge, their skills and their job hunting techniques.  There is an urgent need of processes through which a Candidate can be groomed, trained and readied for their future corporate life, and instructed as in how to search for suitable jobs. Through our Employability Training Programmes (ETPs) and Mock Interview Workshops (MIWs), we aim to do establish just that.

Our efforts do not stop there. We provide Employment Assistance in the form of, but not limited to, conducting Job Fairs & Job Drives in different cities in India, running Awareness Campaigns for all Corporate and Government Jobs by sharing them through our Social Media Network, posting Job requirements of corporates that we are associated with online so as to inform eligible candidates of current openings, forwarding resumes that we receive to corporates and consultants, and provide Job help on an individual basis.

These initiatives are not limited to Muslims only but are open to people of all religions, castes and backgrounds.

Association of Muslim Professionals (AMP) also runs its own 'Online AMP Employment Assistance Cell’ to share the details of jobs available. To join this group click here.

We are associated with several corporates, consultants, members, volunteers and professionals who help us in this initiative.
