Winners for AMP’s 3rd National Awards for Social Excellence 2023 Announced
86 Organizations and 100 Individual Changemakers were awarded from across the country

Winners of the 3rd AMP National Awards for Social Excellence 2023 were announced on the evening of Independence Day, 15th August in an eagerly awaited ceremony graced by honourable guests and a large gathering of participants from across India.
 

The ceremony was graced by honourable guests mainly presided by Janab Hammad Ahmed (Chancellor, Jamia Hamdard, President Hamdard National Foundation - HECA), Chief Guest Janab Tariq Anwar (Former Minister of State Agriculture & Food Processing, Govt of India), Guest of Honor Janab Prof. Akhtarul Wasey (Former President, Maulana Azad University, Jodhpur), Guest of honor Janab Prof. Mohammad Afshar Alam (Vice Chancellor, Jamia Hamdard), Keynote speaker Janab Aamir Edresy (President, AMP) and Janab Farooq Siddiqui (National Head, AMP NGO Connect) at Hakeem Abdul Hameed Auditorium, Jamia Hamdard, Hamdard Nagar, New Delhi.

The nominations for these awards were called from across India. With the efforts of AMP NGO Connect Team, National Coordination Team (NCT), Zonal Heads and State Leadership Team, AMP has received unprecedented nominations of Changemakers from across the country.

These awards were given at the National and State Levels in the following 4 categories;

1. Education
2. Employment/Livelihoods Assistance and
3. Humanitarian Assistance
4. Minority & Human Rights Issues and Others

A 3-tier screening has been done at State and Zonal levels to shortlist the nominations. Final winners have been selected by Eminent jury members from the shortlisted NGOs and Individual change makers shared by the AMP National NGO awards screening committee.

We express our heartfelt greetings and congratulations to all NGOs and Changemakers, who had applied and particularly those who have been acknowledged by AMP for their remarkable contributions to the sphere of social services and nation-building. In today's world it is even more important for our society to comprehend the human feeling of freedom, acceptance, tolerance, and coexistence, which are fundamental for a gracious country.  Additionally, each participant will receive a certificate of appreciation.
