Professionalism

Adheres to the policies, procedures, processes, standards and the culture of AMP. Maintains decorum, courtesy, respect and professional demeanor towards fellow members, patrons as well as our beneficiaries.

Sense of Ownership

Takes full responsibility for the tasks/ projects assigned and ensure their completion with full responsibility without intervention of the governing body; solely driven by the cause of the community and without any expectation of any sort of primary compensation or tangible incentives whatsoever. Ready to do the tasks on their own when required and go the "extra mile" to get the job done. The motto is "Whatever it takes" for the welfare of the community.

Self Motivated and Dependability

Volunteers to take on additional responsibilities when needed, and should make a sincere effort to handle them along with personal and professional obligations. Take initiative in proposing new ideas. Show positive demeanor and energy. Demonstrate creativity, character and leadership in order to inspire a whole new generation of social leaders.

Team Work

Is a good team player who is always willing to help fellow members when needed. Take the role of mentoring and working with others seriously. Should be willing to share their skills and expertise with others and should be able to instil in others the same social vision which drives them. Prioritizes organization’s goals above own interests and goals.

Achievement Orientation

Enthusiastically takes up challenges. Shows persistence to overcome obstacles. Ensures superior output even in the face of hurdles. Should be able to envision the dream of an intellectually, economically and socially progressive community and work incessantly towards the end-goal.
