Mohd Maqbool Ganaie, of Chawalgam Kulgam (J&K) – Self Employment

I, Mohd Maqbool would like to express my immense gratitude to Association of Muslim Professionals for providing me a relief of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) during the Sep 2013 Kashmir floods in which I had lost my house and all my agricultural land. I am a poor farmer with a small family which includes my wife and three school going children. I worked really hard in my small farm since I wanted to earn enough to provide my children with the best education possible so that they could eventually raise themselves from adversity and make a better future for our family. My dreams were shattered when the land I toiled so hard on was completely wiped off by the floods.  However this relief amount from AMP has come to us as a blessing from Allah SWT. Inshallah I will use it to bring my devastated land back to its old agricultural potential and also to buy new agricultural equipment/tools to restore our daily livelihood. I pray for the success of every member of Association of Muslim Professionals both in this world and the hereafter.
