AMP organized an Employability Training Programme (ETP) on Saturday, 28th April ’18 in Navi Mumbai

AMP was established with an objective of uplifting the downtrodden in the domains of education and employment. 

AMP in association with Sahara trust, Wisdom tutorials and Skills soft education had organised an ETP programme in Navi Mumbai (Nerul) on 28th April 2018. The programme was attended by 30+ students and key personalities belonging to various NGO`s and business residing in Navi Mumbai. ETP is a great platform for job seekers to hone up their soft skills and to understand dynamics of achieving success in a job interview.

The objective of ETP is to give job seekers a holistic view on how to be successful in a job interview in present competitive job environment.

Mr. Altaf Dhalani,  management consultant by profession addressed the audience on following topics:
1) How to prepare for a job interview?
2) Millennials success mantra
3) Personal branding and it's importance in a job interview 
4) Personal grooming and etiquettes
5) How to make an effective resume? 
6) How to answer some frequently asked questions in a job interview?
7) Individual SWOT analysis 
7) Where to find a job? 
 
Mr. Suhel Yahoo who is a career counselor and hospitality trainer shared his views on how to approach for an interview  and was a panel speaker on how to answer frequently asked questions in an interview.
Presentation was followed by couple of mock interviews of candidates who were desirous for a successful career
