Jallianwala Bagh Massacre Day – 13th April.
98 years ago, the soil of Jallianwala Bagh was hallowed by the mingled blood of 2000 innocents who had gathered in a non-violent protest against the oppressive British Raj.
On this sacred day, let us commemorate these heroes and strive to collectively lead our nation to the great vision they had for it. Let us not forget their sacrifices by fighting amongst ourselves.
Let us pave the way for a better future. A future where there is no conflict, no animosity, no vandalism, no bloodshed; and where a feeling of mutual brotherhood prevails.
One Nation under God, indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for All.
