Association of Muslim Professionals (AMP) announced the results of the recently held AMP National Talent Search (NTS) 2024, on Saturday, 22nd February 2025. The exam received 85,000+ Student registrations from 374 Cities and 750+ Block across the Country.
AMP conducted the NTS 2024 exam in offline or written format in 900+ exam centres from 300 districts of India, for 3 categories i.e. High School, Junior and Senior/Degree College.
Syed Mohamed Beary, Founder & Chairman, Bearys Group, Bengaluru, Karnataka and one of the Sponsors and Chief Guest, highly appreciated AMP’s efforts in the Education domain and said that it is the cure to all ills plaguing our Society. He further said that along with Higher Education and Competitive exams, we should also focus on Careers in Defence and Entrepreneurship.
Mohammed Ashfaque, another Sponsor and Founder & Director, Gravity Coaching Classes, Lucknow, said that AMP’s National Talent Search Exam is a very commendable program that identifies bright and talented students from across the smaller towns and villages of the Country, where the facilities are limited. He appreciated AMP team’s patience, grit and determination, to overcome the various challenges and declare the results. He said this will give immense encouragement to the students and that they support AMP in training them for the Competitive exams.
Aamir Edresy, President - AMP, passionately spoke about the journey of AMP’s National Talent Search exam since 2020, which is the largest talent search conducted by any non-government organisation. He thanked the close to 7000 Volunteers, 10,000 Schools & Colleges, 900+ Exam Centres and their Invigilators for partnering with AMP and conducting the exam flawlessly.
He said the basic objective of NTS is to create awareness among the students regarding Competitive exams and develop a Competitive spirit. He said he receives many appreciation calls from AMP team members from remote towns and villages for conducting the NTS exam as the students there do not get any opportunity to appear for Competitive exams. He also thanked the 20+ Training Partners for partnering with AMP and providing subsidised coaching to 4500+ NTS merit rankers for various important exams like IIT-JEE, NEET, NDA, CLAT, ICAI and others.
Farooq Siddiqui, Head - AMP National Coordination Team, announced the NTS 2024 results and Top 10 rank holders for all the 3 categories of Students. He observed that the merit rankers for each category were from different parts of the Country. While the top rankers for the Sr. College/Degree students were from East & North East, the Junior College & High School merit holders were mainly from smaller towns of South & UP, confirming the reach of NTS in smaller towns and villages.
The following awards were announced for the top 3 Student winners who appeared for AMP NTS-2024, along with their cash prizes for each of the 3 categories;
1. High School Students:
• 1st Rank (Rs. 30,000) Prateeksha V., Alipur Noble School, Chikkaballapur, KA
• 2nd Rank (Rs. 20,000) – Sheikh Abdul Rahman, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Fatehpur, UP
• 3rd Rank (Rs. 10,000) – Mohd. Ahmad, Sri Sadhu Saran Singh Inter College Barayepur, Fatehpur, UP
2. Junior College Students (XI & XII):
• 1st Rank (Rs. 30,000) – Junaid A, Anaikar Oriental Arabic Higher Secondary School, Vellore, TN
• 2nd Rank (Rs. 20,000) - Arsh Malik, DAV Public School, Saharanpur, UP
• 3rd Rank (Rs. 10,000) – Saniya, R S inter College Dehra, Amroha, UP
3. Senior/Degree College Students:
• 1st Rank (Rs. 30,000) - Arif Islam Molla, Indas Mahavidyalaya, WB
• 2nd Rank (Rs. 20,000) – Sk. Minhajul Rahaman, Indas Mahavidyalaya, WB
• 3rd Rank (Rs. 10,000) - Makak Mayum Shalihah, Lilong Haoreibi College, Thoubal, Manipur
The program was capably hosted by Sufia Qureshi, Member – AMP National Projects Team. Dr. Mohammad Luqman, Member, AMP – International Coordination Team, recited from Holy Quran, whereas Razak Shaikh, Head – AMP Projects welcomed the participants and gave a lowdown on AMP NTS and its purpose. Faisal Siddiqui, Head-AMP Institutional Connect, proposed the vote of thanks to all Students, Parents, Teachers, Exam Centres, Training Partners and all stake holders.
