AMP Mega Job Fair in Navi Mumbai

1200+ Candidates got selected & shortlisted at the mega Job Fair jointly organised by AMP & BCS in Navi Mumbai!

As part of the noble intention to provide jobs to all, irrespective of Caste, Creed & Community, Association of Muslim Professionals (AMP) along with Bombay Catholic Sabha (BCS), organised a Free Mega Job Fair on Saturday, 1st Feb., 2025, at Don Bosco High School, Seawoods, Navi Mumbai.

There was a great response to the Job Fair as approx. 3,300+ candidates were interviewed. 76 Corporates and Recruiters from across various industries participated in this Job Fair with more than 15,000+ vacancies. At the end of the day 123 Candidates were selected and 1,115 were shortlisted for the next round of interviews.

The Job Fair was inaugurated by Chief Guest, Father Rector Barnabe D’Souza SDB, Don Bosco School, Dolphy D’Souza, President of BCS and Firdous Ansari, Sr. AMP Team Member from Navi Mumbai, who addressed the Recruiters & Candidates present at the inaugural function.

While inaugurating the job fair Father Rector Barnabe D’Souza SDB, appreciated the collaboration of various organisations in providing Jobs & Livelihoods and said this was the way forward for tackling the unemployment issue in our Country.

Dolphy D’Souza, President – Bombay Catholic Sabha, said “This is another association with AMP for a mega job fair to help our youth with jobs. We would like to make them self-sufficient so they can take care of their families and contribute in Nation-building.

Firdous Ansari, Sr. Member of AMP said, “Association of Muslim Professionals believes that transformation can be brought in the society through Educational and Economic Empowerment. We try to empower the youth through Jobs, Skill Training & Livelihoods Assistance, so they can contribute significantly to the Nation’s growth story.”

Mr. Shahid Haider, Head of Projects, AMP said “Providing job opportunities to our Youth has been one of our primary objectives. We have done more than 95 Job Fairs all over India and have helped in providing jobs to more than 50,000 Candidates. The Unity Job Fair is a small effort for bringing together all Communities and promote Brotherhood & Peace.”

AMP Navi Mumbai Chapter team members and other volunteers were present to help conduct the Job Fair smoothly including Syed Najeebur Rehman, Samir Bubere, Zaid Ameen Shaikh, Suhel Yahoo, Asad Surty, Hamza Agloria and others.

The Job Fair was conducted to help unemployed youths get placed in reputed mainstream Corporates and to provide opportunities to the needy without any discrimination of caste, community and creed.
