AMP Kanpur NGO Conference 2025 Marks a Historic Milestone

 

The AMP KANPUR NGO Conference 2025, held on 24th August at Indian Medical Association ( IMA) Auditorium Kanpur, opened a new chapter in the field of social service. The grand event witnessed the historic gathering of nearly 450 social workers, NGO representatives, and community leaders on a single platform. The conference spread a strong message of unity, collaboration, and commitment towards education, economic empowerment, and nation-building.

 

 Distinguished Speakers

The conference was graced by eminent personalities including:

* Mr. Mohammad Wazir Ansari (Former DGP, Chhattisgarh)
* Mr. Farooq Siddiqui (Head, AMP National Coordination Team)
* Maulana Yahya Nomani (Renowned Scholar and Thinker)
* Mr. Mohammad Imthiyaz (General Secretary, AlMDC)

The program commenced with a welcome address by Mr. Sharif Ahmed of AMP Kanpur Chapter, who said: “Today’s gathering lays the foundation for a great transformation that will take Kanpur to new heights.”

The proceedings were ably conducted by Mr. Rakim Sultan & Mr Faisal Siddiqui.

Mr. Farooq Siddiqui (Head, AMP National Coordination Team):

* Described the conference as a new beginning for Kanpur.
* Emphasized that education and economic empowerment are the cornerstones of nation-building.
* Urged youth to take active roles in social service and called for greater collaboration among NGOs.
* Proposed the formation of Mohalla-level Units to carry out impactful, localized development work across Kanpur. Which received overwhelming response and support from the audience and guests. 

Maulana Yahya Nomani (Scholar & Thinker):

* Stressed that education and ethics are society’s real strength.
* Reminded all of their duty to serve humanity and inspired participants to take greater part in collective good.

Mr. Mohammad Wazir Ansari (Former DGP, Chhattisgarh):

* Asserted that education and self-reliance are vital for peace and progress.
* Highlighted how police and NGOs can jointly combat crime and poverty.
* Appreciated Kanpur’s initiative of creating united strategies for security and development.

Mr. Mohammad Imthiyaz (General Secretary, AIMDC):

* Stated that every citizen’s role is crucial in nation-building.
* Proposed the creation of special education and employment hubs in mosques to expand opportunities for youth.


A New Era for Social Development in Kanpur

Mr. Syed Abrar Ali, Kanpur Chapter Head, said the conference has launched a revolutionary movement in social service, driven by unity and dedication. He expressed gratitude to all participants and reaffirmed AMP’s resolve to achieve greater milestones in the years ahead.

The event was successfully coordinated by Mr. Arif Martin, Mr. Shahid Kamran, Mr. Haseeb Ahmed, Mr. Anwar, Mr. Rizwan Ansari, Mr. Ashfaq Siddiqui, and Mr. Sharif Ahmed, who extended heartfelt thanks to all guests and participants.

In his concluding note, Mr. Arif Martin said: "Our journey does not end here. We will continue working together and connect all social workers, enabling joint efforts for the city’s betterment.
