AMP Bangalore Conducted Employability Training Program at Islamiah Institute.
Continuing year long Employability Training for final year Engineering students at Islamiah Institute of Technology Bangalore, AMP Team has successfully conducted Recap session and Group Discussion training on Saturday, 05 Nov 2016.
AMP Bangalore Team has started a year long Employability Training Program aimed to help the engineering graduates to get job and sharpen their employability skills, in March 2016. This training covers around 10 modules which are specifically meant for job seekers including Aptitude, Know Yourself, Resume Writing, Group Discussions and Personal Interview.
Around 50 students are getting benefited from these training sessions. A team of fully enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers having experience in recruitment and training is designing these modules and conducting the sessions on Saturdays.
An interactive training session followed by Mock Practice is giving hands on experience to the attendees. We hope this will help them to crack interviews and get placed in Corporates.
AMP is planning to replicate these modules in various Engineering/Professional Courses colleges where students are lacking in employability skills. Anyone interested in leading this project in their respective Chapter can reach us. We will try to help you to get it done.
