AMP National Students Felicitation Drive 2025
Recognizing Excellence, Nurturing the Future

Association of Muslim Professionals (AMP) is launching the National Students Felicitation Drive 2025 – a nationwide campaign to recognize and celebrate the academic achievements of meritorious students, especially those from marginalized and disadvantaged sections.

This program aims to publicly acknowledge the hard work of students who have excelled in their Class 10, 12, and Graduation exams.

This drive is part of AMP’s broader mission of Educational and Economic Empowerment of the community through recognition, encouragement, and structured post-event support.

Objectives

• Celebrate academic success of students across India.
• Motivate students and families through national-level recognition.
• Establish a long-term support system for meritorious students including career mentorship, guidance, and scholarships.

Rationale

• Encourage Excellence: Publicly celebrate high achievers and convey that dedication pays off. Recognized students become role models, inspiring others to study hard. Research shows that awards ceremonies dramatically boost effort – one program found 74% of students improved their performance after an awards ceremony.
• Promote Education: Reinforce the value of education in families and communities. By showcasing success stories, the Drive highlights that “there is no alternative to hard work” and that education empowers students to overcome challenges.
• Youth Engagement: Strengthen long-term engagement with AMP. Felicitating students connects them to AMP’s wider programs (scholarships, mentoring, job fairs, etc.) and encourages them to participate in future AMP events.
• Equity and Inclusion: Ensure recognition reaches diverse backgrounds. Focusing on board exam scores provides an objective measure across regions and schools. Special outreach to underserved areas can help identify “hidden gems” whose success stories uplift their entire local community.

Eligibility & Segments

Meritorious students from the academic year 2024–25:

• Class 10, Class 12, and Graduates
• Recognition segments:

1.  Distinction Scholars – 90% and above
2.  Merit Scholars – 80% and above
3.  Achievers – 70% and above

• Special mentions for state/board toppers, first-generation achievers, etc.
