Association of Muslim Professionals (AMP) has been actively working since 2007 in the areas of Education, Employment Assistance, and Economic Empowerment for the Community and the Nation. With the aim of enhancing students’ general awareness and fostering a spirit of healthy competition, AMP launched a nationwide competition National Talent Search in November 2020. Over the past five years, more than 2.5 lakh students from 600+ Districts across India have participated, making it one of the largest talent search competitions in the country. In 2025, we expect participation from over 2 lakh Students across 400+ Districts, 1200+ Blocks, and 1200+ Exam Centres nationwide, making it the biggest edition yet. The 6th edition of the AMP National Talent Search 2025 is scheduled for December 2025, and will be open to students from all education boards, universities, and Madarsa systems across India. AMP NTS 2025 will be conducted in Offline/Physical mode.

The competition will be conducted in the following three categories:

1. School Students (VIII, IX & X Standard)
2. Junior College Students (XI & XII Standard)
3. Senior/Degree College Students (Undergraduates)

Objectives of the Competition

1. To create awareness and enhance the competitive spirit
2. To test their general knowledge and competitive readiness
3. To make students aware of their strengths and weaknesses
4. To prepare Students for IIT-JEE, NEET, UPSC, CAT, CUET, CLAT, NDA, CDS & other competitive exams
5. To get recognition nationally among universities, colleges, schools, and other institutions
6. To provide parents and teachers a benchmark to work with
7. To help the participating students with resources, mentorship & future opportunities in other AMP projects
8. To give students a firsthand experience of competitive exams, the NTS test papers are crafted by distinguished academicians from around the country

 

Exam Mode:

Note : This year there will be No Online Exam for NTS 2025.

• The AMP National Talent Search 2025 will be conducted in Offline/Physical Mode only.
• The exam will have a duration of 90 minutes.
• The question paper will consist of 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs).
• Marks will be awarded for each correct answer. There is no negative marking for incorrect answers. 

• Candidates appearing for the NTS 2025 will be eligible for all rewards, scholarships, and rankings under AMP NTS 2025 (as detailed below).
• They will be included in the national ranking process.
• The exam will be conducted at 1200+ Exam Centres across 400+ districts in India.
• During registration, candidates can select their preferred Exam Centre.

ABOUT - AMP World APP:

• The AMP World app had hosted all the previous National Talent Search competitions with at least 2.5 lakh students registering and appearing for the exam from all over India.
• Through this mobile app, students can also take advantage of AMP’s numerous programs like - Career Counselling, Scholarship Guidance, Employment Training and Financial Assistance for Higher Education and helping in Admissions.
• AMP intends to keep all these Students connected through AMP World; so that they can all take advantage of AMP’s free programs forever.

 

About the AMP World App

The AMP World App has successfully hosted all previous editions of the National Talent Search, with over 2.5 lakh students from across India registering and participating.

The app also offers access to several student-focused programs by AMP, including:

• The top 1500+ performers in AMP NTS 2025 will be eligible for 100% scholarships for coaching programs such as NEET, IIT-JEE, CLAT, and other competitive exams. These will be offered by AMP’s partner coaching institutes across India.
• An additional 2500+ high-performing students will receive partial scholarships ranging from 75% to 50%.
• Shortlisted students may be required to appear for an offline test, interview, and/or counselling, conducted by AMP, its training partners, or both.
• The final selection process will follow established models used by national admission authorities (e.g., NEET counselling procedures).

• Scholarships are offered exclusively by AMP’s training partners as a fee waiver on their annual tuition structure.
• Scholarships apply to tuition fees only, and may or may not include residential facilities.

Cash Prizes worth Rs. 5 Lakh+!

Cash Awards for Students (All Categories): Top performers in each category will receive the following cash prizes

• Rs. 30,000 for 1st position winners
• Rs. 20,000 for 2nd position winners
• Rs. 10,000 for 3rd position winners
• Rs. 2,000 for 4th to 10th position Winners
• Rs. 1,000 for 11th to 50th position Winners
• Rs. 1,000 for each State Topper (in each category)

Certificates:
All participants will be awarded e-Certificates.

e-Certificates of Merit will be conferred upon participants ranking in the top 1%, 2%, 5%, 10%, and 20% at the national level in each category

Academic Scholarships

• Merit-cum-Means Support for 500 Needy Students
• The top 500 deserving students from all categories will receive financial assistance of ?10,000 or more through AMP’s crowdfunding platform – IndiaZakat.com.
• Eligibility: The student’s family income must be below ?2,00,000 per annum.
• AMP will guide eligible students in applying for these scholarships via IndiaZakat.com.

Syllabus for AMP NTS 2025

The question papers are being set by a team of eminent academicians drawn from prestigious universities & institutes from across India.

For Schools (VIII, IX, X):

These questions are patterned on the NTSE conducted by NCERT, and will consist of the following two parts

Mental Aptitude Test (MAT)

This section is common to all classes and assesses your mental aptitude and logical reasoning skills. This section will contain 50 questions.

Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT)

The SAT is divided into different subjects below and each subject will have 10 questions

1. English
2. Mathematics
3. Science
4. Social Science
5. General Knowledge & Current Affairs

Note: There will be a separate Question Paper for VIII, IX and X Class Students.

MAT Section will be common to all classes whereas SAT will be different.

 

For Colleges (Junior and Senior/Degree):

These questions are patterned on the standard aptitude tests conducted by companies, UPSC, GRE, etc, and will cover the following 5 topics/sections – each section containing set of 20 questions.

• Quantitative Analysis. This section assesses your mathematical and analytical skills.
• Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning. Assesses the ability to interpret data and use logical reasoning to solve problems.
• Vocabulary and Reading Comprehension. This section evaluates your language skills, including vocabulary and reading comprehension.
• Current Affairs. Questions about current events and developments will be covered.
• General Knowledge. This section tests your general knowledge on a wide range of topics.

NOTE: There will be a separate Question Paper for both the Junior/Intermediate College (XI & XII) and Senior/Degree College (degree; first four years) categories.

Eligibility Criteria for NTS?2025

• Students currently enrolled in classes VIII, IX, or X at schools or madrasas (age alignment- 13?years with class?VIII, 14?years with class?IX, and 15?years with class?X).
• Students enrolled in junior (XI & XII) or degree college during the academic year 2025–2026.
• Diploma and ITI students aged 15–17 qualify under the junior college category; those aged 17–21 qualify under the senior college category.
• NIOS students take the school-level exam for secondary (class?X) and the junior college-level exam for senior secondary.
• Only Indian citizens studying in India are eligible.
• All age criteria are based on cutoff date of October 2nd 2025.

Note: Winning students must provide valid identity and eligibility documents.

• Students can register individually or through their schools via the Student Registration tab on the AMP World Mobile App.
• All updates and announcements will be shared on the official website (link to be added) and the AMP World Mobile App.

• No extra attempts will be allowed under any circumstances.
• There is no negative marking.
• All decisions by the AMP NTS Team are final.
