AMP NATIONAL NGO CONFERENCE 2025

1000+ Social Leaders from 300+ Districts attended AMP National NGO Conference 2025

Association of Muslim Professionals (AMP) in collaboration with the Islamic Centre of India organised the AMP National NGO Conference 2025 on 15th & 16th of November 2025 at Aishbagh Eidgah, Lucknow. Over 1,000 representatives from NGOs, educational trusts, welfare organisations and community institutions across the country attended the Conference. The conference served as a national platform to strengthen the NGO ecosystem, promote collaborative action and accelerate socio-economic empowerment through education, healthcare, livelihood, governance and ethical finance.

This highly successful conference was organised by the untiring efforts of Dr. Abdul Ahad, AMP National Core Team Member & Organising Secretary for the Conference, and Maulana Khalid Rashid Farangi Mahli, Chairman, Islamic Centre of India, who also provided logistical support by way of the venue and other facilities.

INAUGURAL SESSION:

Plenary Session I: Current Status of Muslim Community in India

Theme: Challenges, Opportunities & Government Affirmative Actions  

The event opened with a flag-hoisting ceremony and a strong call for unity and structured collaboration.

The inaugural session set a strong foundation for unity, structured collaboration and national-level impact. Speakers emphasised the need for NGOs to move from isolated welfare activities to coordinated, data-driven and systematic efforts rooted in inclusive development. Government partnership, long-term planning and institutional frameworks were highlighted as essential components for community upliftment.
