AMP’s Annual Plan 2026 outlines a focused and measurable roadmap to deepen impact across education, employment, economic empowerment, and institutional development.
Building on the momentum of 2025, this plan reflects AMP’s commitment to move beyond isolated initiatives towards system-driven, scalable, and sustainable community transformation.

The Annual Plan defines
:

  •  Measurable targets and outcomes
  •  Stronger coordination at city, state, national, and international levels
  •  Institutional and digital strengthening to support long-term growth

This roadmap is designed not only to expand reach, but to ensure continuity, accountability, and quality of delivery across all AMP programs.

The successful execution of this plan depends on strong leadership, committed volunteers, strategic partnerships, and sustained institutional support, including the annual  AMP Angel Campaign, which enables AMP to function effectively throughout the year.

Below is a detailed overview of AMP’s initiatives, targets, and planned outcomes for 2026.

 

1. Education & Student Empowerment

  • National Talent Search (NTS):
    Reaching 2 Lakh+ students through 1,500+ Exam Centres, primarily in Minority Concentrated Blocks, to identify and nurture academic talent across schools, junior colleges, and degree institutions.
  • Career Guidance Programs (Online & Offline):
    Conducting 500+ programs for 1,00,000+ students, offering structured academic and career direction at critical decision-making stages.
  • Teachers’ Training Programs (Online & Offline):
    Delivering 200+ sessions to 50,000+ teachers, strengthening pedagogy, mentoring skills, and student engagement capacity.
  • National Student Felicitation Programs:
    Felicitating Organising 100+ district and city-level events to recognise high-performing students and connect achievers with mentorship networks.
  • Online Career Guidance Cell:
    Providing year-round digital guidance, counselling, and opportunity access to 50,000+ students.
     

2. Zakat Based Welfare Initiatives

  • IndiaZakat.com:
  • Mobilising and disbursing ?12 Crore+ to support school education, higher education, coaching, and skill development through a transparent zakat framework.
  • AMP Zakat Fund – Education & Welfare:
  • Supporting 1,000+ higher education students, 200+ self-employment beneficiaries, and 2,000+ orphan and poor students.
  • Feed the Poor Program:
  • Providing essential food and ration support to 2,000 vulnerable families.
     

3.  Employment & Career Advancement

  • Job Fairs & Job Drives:
    Organising 25+ Job Fairs and 100+ local placement drives across AMP chapters.
  • Job Placements & Career Enablement:
    Facilitating 10,000+ Job placements through Job Fairs.
  • Employability Training Programs:
    Conducting 500+ programs to build soft skills, interview readiness, and workplace competencies and .
 

4. Youth Leadership, NGOs & Recognition

  • NGO Connect Initiative:
    Engaging 1,000+ NGOs for collaboration, capacity building, and shared learning.
  • State-Level NGO Conferences:
    Organising conferences in 8–10 states to strengthen grassroots NGOs.
  • National Awards:
    Continuing National Awards for Social Excellence and Educational Excellence, recognising outstanding changemakers and institutions.
 

5.  25 Year Roadmap for Educational and Economic Development of Indian Muslims Finalisation of 25-Year Plan
A national-level committee to prepare AMP’s long-term roadmap, including vision, priority sectors, phased implementation strategy, and monitoring framework.
 

Formation of National Advisory Board 
 national level Advisory board will be consituted to guide and support the Educational Initiatives from all over India.
 

Resource Mobilisation & Strategic Engagement
A dedicated Resource Mobilisation Team will be constituted to engage:

  • 200 leading organisations, institutions, and foundations, and
  •  500 highly influential individuals

The objective is to build long-term partnerships, financial sustainability, and strategic backing for the 25-Year Roadmap
 

Al Muwakhat Initiative
A structured socio-economic partnership model based on shared responsibility, supporting education, livelihood enablement, mentoring, and long-term self-reliance of vulnerable families.

Taleemi Jamat
Community-level education awareness initiatives targeting parents and first-generation learners to promote educational continuity and aspiration.

National Launch of 25 Year Roadmap
Formal national unveiling of the 25-Year Roadmap to anchor AMP’s long-term vision and institutional commitment..


6.  Membership, Chapters & Institutional Growth

  • Building 5,000 active members nationwide.
  • Strengthening 200+ chapters, establishing physical offices at select Chapters, and appointing full-time staff in at least 10 states.
  • Expanding globally through 15 international chapters and hosting an Annual AMP NRI Convention in coming years.

7. Digital Transformation & Systems

  • Comprehensive AMP Website Revamp.
  • Enhancement of the AMP World Mobile App.
  • Launch of a dedicated NGO Digital Portal.
