December 2016 marked a milestone month for the Association of Muslim Professionals, highlighted by the massive Andheri Mega Job Fair with over 1,200 attendees, regional Job Drives in Pune and Bangalore, nationwide educational lecture series spanning 63 schools, leadership summits in Vidarbha (Nagpur & Akola), and strategic appointments at the AMP Central Office.

Key Operational & Educational Initiatives
1. Skill Development in 63 Schools
Regular Skill Development Lectures (SDLs) conducted by AMP Chapters nationwide in 63 schools. Over 15 sessions were organized by AMP Pune alone.
2. Central Office Appointments
Appointed Md Mukhlis Alam (Research & Knowledge Bank), Muzammil Banatwala (Senior Project Coordinator – SDL), and Alia Dalwai (Senior Coordinator – EAC Corporate Connect).
3. AMP Zakat Fund Disbursals
Higher Studies Scholarships cheques of Rs. 10,000/- each issued to 37 students, alongside 1 cheque of Rs. 25,000/- for Self Employment (63 more in process).
4. Skill Training Partnerships
Held strategic consultative meetings with Skill Development Training Partners and Government Agencies to initiate employment-oriented training programs.
Leadership Summits & Civic Engagements
- Principals Meets in Nagpur & Akola: Addressed by Mr. Aamir Edresy (AMP President), convening school principals and management to implement AMP educational projects.
- Senior Professionals Meets in Nagpur & Akola: Addressed by Mr. Aamir Edresy and Ms. Muzna Memon (Governing Council Member) to strengthen local chapters and community programs.
- Career Guidance Seminar at Akola: Organized by K. M. Asghar Husain Jr. College with Mr. Aamir Edresy as Chief Guest.
- 16th Annual Education Excellence Awards: Organized by Dakhani Momin Jamat Trust, Mumbai, featuring the AMP President as Chief Guest.
- Brainiac Competitive Academy: Inaugurated by Mr. Aamir Edresy at Akola to promote competitive exam readiness.
Action Roadmap: Plans for January 2017
10 colleges finalized for Employability Training Programs starting soon.
Groundwork underway for Jan 7th fair, with planning for Indore, Pune, Bangalore, Delhi, and Kolkata.
Targeted job drives planned across diverse cities throughout India.
Inter-School Quiz Competition scheduled in Pune during January.
