
AMP Monthly Report — October 2017
During October 2017, the Association of Muslim Professionals (AMP) drove comprehensive nationwide initiatives across employment, education, and professional development. Highlights included multi-city Job Drives in 4 locations, Skill Development Lectures across 45 schools reaching 2,500 students, Train the Trainer workshops in Kurla and Nagpur, Senior Professionals consultations for the Economic Development Plan, and chapter meetings across 11 cities.

Skill Development Lectures — 45 Schools & 2,500 Students
AMP reaches students in the remotest areas across India through Skill Development Lectures (SDL). As one of AMP's premier flagship projects, SDL provides wholesome guidance towards career planning and self-development. In October 2017, we covered 45 schools across India, benefitting over 2,500 students with practical life and academic orientation.

SDL Star of the Month — Mr. Asad Khan (Bhopal Chapter)
Mr. Asad Khan was awarded AMP SDL Star of the Month for October 2017 for his outstanding dedication, regularly conducting sessions across three schools each month. A Telecommunication Engineer and Manager at HCL Technologies with 12 years of multinational corporate experience, his dynamic, professional presentation style deeply engages and inspires students.
Major Activities & Organizational Initiatives
1. Train the Trainer (TTT) Programs
Kurla Chapter (14th Oct 2017): Organized at Anjuman Khairul Islam D.Ed College, Kurla. The session was attended by 28 new speakers from all over Mumbai. Coordinated by Miss. Muzammil Banatwalla from the AMP Office along with Mr. Shahzad Khan from Kurla.
Nagpur Chapter (22nd Oct 2017): Held at Sibtain International, Nagpur. Attended by 10 new speakers to train them in conducting Skill Development Lectures. Coordinated by Chapter Coordinator Mr. Shakir Raza Khan.
2. Economic Development Plan for the Community
Delhi Chapter (9th Oct 2017): Organized a Senior Professionals' Meeting in New Delhi to continue countrywide discussions for developing a complete roadmap for the Economic Upliftment of the Muslim Community.

Mumbai Chapter (28th Oct 2017): Held its 3rd meeting in Mumbai where senior professionals discussed the structured formation of 12 Working Groups, leadership roles, and execution roadmaps.
3. Aurangabad Chapter Meeting — Central Team Visit
AMP Central Team members Mr. Abdul Razak Shaikh (AMP Board Member), Mr. Iftekhar Shaikh (Head – EAC), and Mr. Mohammed Feroz Shaikh (Sr. Manager – Operations) visited Aurangabad on Saturday, 7th October 2017. The primary objective was to meet Aurangabad Police officials to plan a specialized Job Fair for the children and relatives of police personnel.
4. AMP Career Chart Distributed to 20 Schools Nationwide
The comprehensive AMP Career Chart, designed to guide high school and college students through career streams and vocational options, was distributed to 20 schools across the country.

Mega Job Fair with Aurangabad Police (Upcoming November 2017)
AMP is partnering with the Aurangabad Police Commissionerate to organize a dedicated Mega Job Fair for the children and relatives of police personnel on Saturday, 18th November 2017. In addition, multi-city job drives are scheduled for Mumbai, Bhiwandi, Delhi, and Aligarh, alongside the National Education Day campaign on Maulana Azad's birthday.

AMP President Mr. Aamir Edresy personally attended chapter meetings in Aligarh, Varanasi, Baroda, and Sangli.
Western & Central India Chapters
Active chapter meetings in Aurangabad, Pune, and Mira Road (Mumbai) to align quarterly targets.
Southern & Northern India Chapters
Volunteer Assemblies held in Belgaum, Bangalore, Chennai, and Punjab to engage professional mentors.
National Education Day Campaign
Nationwide SDL Campaign scheduled for November 11 on the occasion of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad's birthday.
