TCS Walk-In Drive: Pharmacovigilance
Type of Role: Pharmacovigilance
Qualification Required: M.Pharm / B.Pharm 2018/19 graduate freshers only.
Responsibilities:
1. Review, extract and enter AE data from marketed products, adverse event reports from spontaneous/clinical trials/literature sources.
2. Interpret case-related information including AE coding, medical conditions, lab results, and compile narrative summaries.
3. Process reportable cases within timelines and meet quality targets.
4. Review, enter and verify follow-up information.
5. Coordinate knowledge sharing sessions, contribute to process improvements, and mentor junior staff.
Skills & Eligibility Criteria
Key Skills Required
Knowledge of Medical Terminology, Patient Safety case-handling, regulatory reporting, prioritization, interpersonal skills, English proficiency, and MS Office.
Education & Gap Rules
Minimum 15 yrs full-time education (10th + 12th + 4 yrs Graduation). Education gap max 2 yrs. No correspondence / open university degrees.
Experience & Re-interview Rules
Must have cleared ATKT/Supplementary of 1st/2nd yr. Max 3 months experience. Should NOT have attended TCS interview in past 6 months.

Steps 7 to 9: DT ID Generation
Set password & security question, click Submit, and record your DT Registration number starting with DT2020xxxxx.
