AMP successfully conducted Job Drives on March 17 and 24, 2018, across four locations: Aligarh, Nagpur, Vaniyambadi, and Dhar. The event aimed to connect job seekers with potential employers. In Aligarh, 30 candidates attended, resulting in 8 shortlisted for positions from 4 participating corporates. Nagpur saw 10 candidates with 3 shortlisted from 3 companies. Vaniyambadi had the highest turnout, with 200 candidates attending and 56 shortlisted from 10 corporates. In Dhar, 7 candidates attended, but none were shortlisted from a single corporate participant. Overall, the drives attracted 247 candidates, leading to 67 successful shortlists, highlighting AMP's commitment to enhancing employment opportunities within the community.
