In March 2018, the Association of Muslim Professionals (AMP) successfully organized job drives in two locations: Gulbarga and Nagpada, Mumbai. On March 10, the Gulbarga event featured four corporate participants, attracting 95 candidates, of which 44 were shortlisted and 35 were selected for employment. Meanwhile, the Nagpada drive involved six corporates, with 11 candidates attending; however, only one candidate was shortlisted, and none were selected. Overall, the two job drives saw participation from 106 candidates, resulting in 45 shortlists and 35 successful placements, highlighting AMP's commitment to enhancing employment opportunities within the community.
