AMP concludes two-day tour of North Maharashtra

Association of Muslim Professionals (AMP)’s President, Mr. Aamir Edresy along with few Core members visited various educational institutes in Akkalkuwa and Malegaon on 15th and 16th Sept 2017.

Mr. Edresy was invited at Jamia Isha'atul Uloom Engineering College, Akkalkuwa as a Chief Guest for their Engineer's Day event. The institute is part of a huge Jamia campus which runs institutes offering courses in Hifz, Fiqh, Tarbiya, Medicine, Engineering, Pharmacy and Management. The institute is run by one of most eminent religious personalities of our country Maulana Ghulam Vastanvi. Mr. Edresy addressed the students of the Engineering College and stressed the importance of excellence in quality and community service. He emphasized the need of maintaining good balance between academic and non-academic activities. The Team also had a detailed discussion with faculty of Engineering and Pharma on how to make their final year students Job ready. During the stay, AMP team also held multiple meetings with Maulana Vastanvi on various ways where AMP can associate with their esteemed institution.

Next day, AMP team then headed to Malegaon's Mansoura College of Engineering.        Mr.  Edresy was invited as a guest speaker on the event of Engineer's Day. AMP team was given a tour of the campus and the opportunity to interact with the faculty and the students of the college. The Team then visited Royal College of Pharmacy later in the day, where Aamir Edresy addressed the students and the faculty on various practical aspects of the Education.

On the last leg of the tour, the team reached Nasik and met with the Chapter Team. AMP objectives and future plans were explained to the attendees and various other questions were answered. The attendees were influential people of Nasik and we hope that they will continue to build strong local chapter.
