AMP Announces its Patron Members

As we all know, by the grace of Allah (SWT), AMP is growing by each passing year and scaling up its activities to serve the Ummah better in India and Abroad. This has been made possible only because of dedicated volunteers, support of various Institutions and certain Individuals who have taken the responsibility of running this Organisation their life goal.
 
However, in this journey of expansion and growth, we need support from more people and importantly from those who are influential members of the society and are ‘Thought Leaders’ and ‘Change Makers’.
 
We have been fortunate to have few such individuals over the period of time who have been already supporting AMP in its journey not just financially but also with their experience, resources and their vast and influential network.
 
As we are into our 10th year of functioning, it is with great pleasure we would like to share a new milestone in AMP’s journey. We have decided to Launch the Patron Membership of the Organization and have assigned the Patron Membership to 14 very prominent, social and influential people in Mumbai.

These social figures are path breakers in their own fields, hold a lot of weightage in the Community and have immense credibility in the society and their association would be a shot in the arm to the organization enabling it not only to grow exponentially but also to realize its Vision much more quickly and in a better way.
 
These Patrons will use their vast resources, knowledge and experience of the humanitarian and charitable activities to support and advise the AMP Governing Council on strategies and activities and thus help support AMP grow professionally and exponentially in sha Allah.
 
Nomination of 5 Patron Members in AMP Governing Council

Five of these Patrons Mr. Suhail Khandwani, Mr. Mohd. Farrok G Gheewala, Mr. Asif Dadarkar, Mr. Tanveer Merchant and Mr. Arshad Syed because of their invaluable experience and standing in the community have been added to the board of our Governing Council as well to strengthen it and give it a new direction.

Legal Cell:
We are also very pleased to announce that one of our Patrons, Adv. Rizwan Merchant as the convener of proposed AMP Legal Cell.
 
We believe that with his vast experience as a top-notch lawyer of our country he will in sha Allah make a strong and vibrant AMP Legal Cell with the help of other Advocates and Legal Activists in the organization.
 
These people were felicitated and given the Patron Membership in its 10th Year Celebrations in a historical program at NSCI in Mumbai on 10th May.
