AMP Conducted Job Drive in Mira Road 15th Oct 16

On October 15, 2016, the Association of Muslim Professionals (AMP) successfully organized a job drive in Mira Road, Mumbai, at the Ishterak Education Society. This event was aimed at providing job opportunities for community youth and featured participation from the Compass Group, a UK-based facilities management company. The drive offered various positions, including Housekeepers, Office Boys, Front Office Executives, and Technical Managers. Out of 15 candidates interviewed, 6 were invited for a second round, and 2 were ultimately selected for employment. Mr. Wasim Khan from Compass Group expressed satisfaction with the quality of candidates and the organization of the event, indicating a desire to collaborate with AMP for future job drives and a job fair in Mumbai. AMP aims to continue supporting the placement of unemployed youth across India through similar initiatives.

We had a very successful job drive on Saturday, October 15, 2016, which was organized at Mira Road, at Ishterak Education Society, Near Umrao Hospital, Mira Road (E). This Job opportunity for was exclusively organized for our Community youngsters and was attended by Compass Group, which is a UK based Facilities Management Company. They had multiple vacancies ranging from Housekeepers (Qualification:8th Std. pass candidates) to Office Boys, to Front Office Executives and Technical Managers (Qualification: BE Electrical). A total of 15 candidates appeared for interviews out of which 6 were called for 2nd round of interview at their office and 2 were selected.
Mr. Wasim Khan, HR, Compass Group was quite impressed with AMP and quoted that they were highly satisfied with the quality of the candidates and arrangements done by us. They would like to be associated with us and would be participating in 3 more drives in Mumbai as well as the Job Fair planned in Mumbai.
