Winners for AMP’s 2^ndNational Awards for Social Excellence 2022 Announced
186 Organizations and 116 Individual Change Makers were awarded from across the country

Winners of the 2nd AMP National Awards for Social Excellence 2022 were announced on the evening of Independence Day, 15th August in an eagerly awaited ceremony graced by honourable guests and a large gathering of participants from across India.

The ceremony was graced by honourable guests mainly Maulana Khalil Ur Rahman Sajjad Nomani Sahab (Founder & Chairman - Rahman Foundation & Member Executive Committee – AIMPLB), Syed Sadatullah Husaini (President, Jamaat-e-Islami Hind (JIH)), Dr. Farah Usmani (International Health & Development Expert, Founder: Rising Beyond The Ceiling), Mr. Aamir Edresy (President, Association of Muslim Professionals) and Mr. Farooq Siddiqui (Head - AMP NGO Connect).

The nominations for these awards were called from across India. With the efforts of AMP Ngo Connect Team, National Coordination Team (NCT), Zonal Heads and State Leadership Team AMP have received unprecedented nominations of 1700+ NGOs and 490+ Changemakers from across the country.

These awards were given at the National and State Levels in the following 3 categories;

Education
Employment/Livelihoods Assistance and
Humanitarian Assistance
Minority & Human Rights Issues and Others

A 3-tier screening has been done at State and Zonal levels to shortlist the nominations. Final winners have been selected by Eminent jury members from the shortlisted NGOs and Individual change makers shared by the AMP National NGO awards screening committee.

In today's world of pandemics, it is even more important for our society to comprehend the human feeling of freedom, acceptance, tolerance, and coexistence, which are fundamental for a gaseous country. Additionally, each participant will receive a certificate of appreciation.
