Keeping in mind AMP's core objective of supporting the community in Economic Empowerment, we have initiated the process of facilitating placements for the Unemployed youth of the community by organizing Job Fairs and Job Drives at regular intervals and also assisting candidates to get in touch with recruiters on an ongoing basis. 

This initiative gives them a chance to get employed in different departments of various reputed corporates. Since September 2013, we have placed more than 20,000 candidates in Sales, Marketing, Back Office, Call Center, Admin and other departments of various Corporates across different cities in India.

Process for Job Registration:

Kindly visit the below link and enter all your Contact and Educational details along with your Work Experience (if any). Please make sure that you enter all the information correctly. AMP holds the right to reject your application in case any information is found to be incorrect.

Once registered, you can attend the Job Drives and Job Fairs which we organize across different cities throughout India. During the Job Drives/Fairs you will be interviewed by various Corporates as per the job vacancies in their respective companies. Based on the interview, the candidate will be selected by the Corporate and given Offer Letter on the Spot or would be shortlisted to be called later for further rounds.

Apart from Job Drives/Fairs, AMP or the Corporates may also contact you directly in case your profile matches a corporates requirement. Once selected, you must attend the Training/Induction program which will be communicated by respective Corporate.
