Aamir Edresy is a Software Engineer by qualification, Businessman by profession and a Social Activist by passion. He is a “Man with a Mission”, the mission to evolve the Indian Muslim community into an Intellectually Progressive, Socially Dynamic and Economically Potent community of conscientious individuals who will significantly contribute to the development of the Nation. He is a multi-faceted person who as the President and Founder of AMP has quite ably led AMP from its inception to its present status of being a vibrant pan-India organization of dynamic individuals. He has exceptional interpersonal skills and networking abilities which is quite evident from his strong social network across India which includes professionals, students, politicians, bureaucrats and social leaders.

Mohammed Shahanshah Ansari hails from a much respected family of freedom fighters and Nationalist bureaucrats from District Ghazipur in Uttar Pradesh, he is currently posted in Chicago, USA. His grandfather Late Jb. Haji Ahmed Ali Ghazipuri was an admirer of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, was a Freedom Fighter and served in the Azad Hind Fauj. Mohammad Shahanshah is a man with profound thoughts, being one of the co-founders of AMP he was highly instrumental in setting up and implementing various policies and framework within AMP as a General Administration Head. Apart from AMP, on the social front he is also involved with a couple of other organizations working for the welfare of the downtrodden.

Syed Najeeb-Ur-Rahman belongs to an illustrious family of professionals and is himself a management professional. His father had retired as a Marine Engineer who had participated in the War of Goa's liberation and the Indo-Pak War of 1971 during his service with the Indian Navy. Najeeb likes to take a lot of initiatives and is always on his feet for any community initiative. He is also a gifted speaker and has exceptional oratory and communications skills. He goes out of his way to help those around him and likes to devote his free time doing social work and community service. This personal trait has encouraged him to be a part of AMP in its budding stage, he is one of its co-founders. He heads PR & Communications, supervises the content creation and looks after media relations at AMP.

Soheb Selia heads the Organizing, Planning & Implementation vertical at AMP and has been instrumental in planning and implementing all critical activities and projects of AMP since its inception. Apart from being a thorough professional he is passionate about working for the upliftment of the community. He is actively associated with AMP since its early days and is one of the co-founders of AMP.

Javed Mohammed Sayed comes from one of the early business families which came down to Mumbai. He comes across as a person with a tough exterior but a soft interior and is always ready to extend a helping hand to anyone who comes asking for help. He usually comes out with lots of innovative business ideas, while at the same time he is genuinely and deeply concerned for the welfare of the community.

Ms.Shabnam Aziz is a social development professional with over 20 years experience in the social sector. She is currently working as Head of Action Aid Rajasthan.Her area of interest is education, specially school education. .

Mohammad Fahad Alam belongs to a very well-known family of Gorakhpur in Uttar Pradesh. Fahad is keenly interested to work for the social causes that are for the betterment of the society and that is the reason he has been connected with AMP (since long) to uplift the standard of Muslim Community in Education and Employment. Being the core member, he is managing the ‘Employment Assistance Cell' which is one of the Flagship Projects of AMP that aims to assist people in getting employment and also provides a significant contribution on the social media.

Mohammed Aaqil is a Graduate Engineer, with a decade of industry experience in IT Services. He is currently based at Bangalore and works as a Senior Consultant (ITIL Consulting) with a large MNC. His career engagements include working with Indian and Global Technology Bluechip companies. He has diverse experience in Supply & Service Integration, Vendor Governance and ITIL Process Consulting, Designs and Transitions..

A qualified Chartered Accountant. Hold more than 15 years of industry experience.Currently serving as Vice President – Finance for a reputed International bank.Self investing into Corporate leadership and talent development.Associated with AMP for the last few years.

25 Years 0f experience in Civil Engineering, Consultation and land survey work. Presently Self employed since 1994 practicing as a Consultant Civil Engineer,Architectural Planner and licensed Land Surveyor. He is involved with many social and professional organizations on important positions.

Tahmina Laskar is originally from Assam. She is a law post graduate and works for Commonwealth Human Rights Initiative (International NGO) as a Programme Officer in Delhi. Her job profile includes research oriented writing, networking and managing programmes related to the mandate of the NGO. She is a freelance writer and contributes for web portals like Caravan Daily and Kohram.

Shagufta is Senior Credit Risk Management professional with 33 plus years in financial services industry. Shagufta has provided leadership and optimized production goals through risk management experience in a broad range of commercial, mortgage, consumer (HELOC, SBA, Student, auto and credit cards) credit topics. Her background also includes loan underwriting, due diligence, appraisal review, portfolio analysis, loan loss modeling, organization of the credit department, development of credit policies and procedures, development of credit risk models, credit management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, process improvement and management of complex projects

Ayesha Chawdhry is a lawyer by profession and practicing in Supreme Court , High Court as well as other Tribunals in Delhi for last 7 years and currently placed as a Partner in a reputed law firm . She has dealt with variety of cases especially in Supreme Court which involved both civil and criminal law. She has completed her Law education from Amity Law School. As a law student, she worked with National Commission for Women and was involved with them as an intern.

Her father was a automobilist as well as a Doctor in Unani Medicine. Mr. Suhail Khandwani's is a name to reckon with in the Indian social circuit. He belongs to the illustrious family of Khandwani's where mutual trust and faith runs in the blood. Theirs is the saga of an Indian family that introduced Hajj voyages by sea for all, between Mumbai and Jeddah (Khandwani Steam Navigation Company) and took the first car to the desert kingdom.

Mr. Mohammed Farrok G. Gheewala was driven strongly by his father's dream driven by collective efforts to establish an HR Consultancy with cutting edge technology to cater to the Human Resource requirement of organizations globally.

Mr. Asif Dadarkar is the CMD of Sahara Group of Companies. He belongs to a family of sea-farers and is himself a marine engineer as well. Since the time of his taking over the reins of the company he ensured that the business prospered and grew multi-folds due to his hard work and diligence leading his dedicated staff and workers to success. He has taken many a bold decision with time-bound execution and delivery thereby winning him industry praise, appreciation and admiration.

Mr. Tanveer Merchant is a dynamic businessman with varied business interests spread across various sectors including the Real Estate, Construction, Hospitality and Finance sectors. Despite being a globe trotter heading a widely spread business realm, he takes active interest in Community Welfare and progress. He is also the secretary of the Indian Chapter of World Memon Muslims Organisation(WMO), a very strong and resourceful central worldwide organization representing the entire Memon community for the promotion, advancement, upliftment, unity, welfare and well-being of all Memons in all aspects of life and at all times in accordance with Islamic principles, promoting the advancement, upliftment and unity.
