EXAM MODE

Since last 3 years, this exam was conducted Online with the help of AMP World Mobile App. This year, AMP has decided to conduct this AMP NTS 2023 offline (Physical) as well across India. The Online Exam Facility will be available as it is on our AMP World Mobile App.
Thus, the AMP NTS 2023 this year will be a dual format, allowing the candidates to choose between online and offline participation.

  • Both the exams will be conducted on the same date and time across India
  • The competition will be for a duration of 90 mins
  • The paper will consist of one hundred (100) multiple-choice questions (MCQs)
  • The marking will be based on the number of correct answers; no penalty will be imposed for incorrect answers

Offline (Physical) Mode:

  • Those candidates who opt for the offline mode will get all the benefits and rewards of AMP NTS 2023 (Mentioned below)
  • Offline Candidates will also be considered for the ranking process
  • Exam will be conducted at our 300+ Centers in different city/district across India
  • Candidate has to select Centre as per their preferred location

Online Mode:

  • The Online Participant will not get any Scholarship or Reward Benefits, They will be awarded only a Participation Certificate
  • For availing the benefits of AMP NTS 2023, they have to appear for the written physical test by AMP or by our partners in future
  • The competition will be conducted online using the AMP World App

Note:

  • The selection will be offered to the Top performing Students of AMP National Talent Search 2023
  • The selection process shall involve Physical Test, Counselling and few other parameters as well. These top 2000+ students from different categories shall have to appear for an offline test and/or interview and/or counselling by AMP or respective training partners or both.
  • This selection/admission procedure will be based on similar models followed by various admission authorities across the Country.
  • The Scholarships will be provided solely by our NEET and JEE Partners
  • Theses Scholarships will be provided on Tuition Fees with or without Residential Facility.

Financial support for Top 200 needy students (all categories)

  • Top 200 needy students will receive support to get Merit-cum-means scholarship of at least ₹10,000 through AMP’s crowdfunding initiative – IndiaZakat.com. The beneficiary student’s total family income must be less than ₹ 200,000 per annum

  • AMP will guide deserving and needy students in applying for funds through its Crowdfunding platform -IndiaZakat.com.

AMP’s SUPPORT TO ALL STUDENTS

  • AMP will guide deserving and needy students in applying for funds through its Crowdfunding platform - IndiaZakat.com.
  • AMP will provide free guidance and mentorship by experts from top corporates and academic institutions to all students through TheIndiaMentors.com

Cash Awards

Cash awards for students (all categories) - The Toppers in each of the categories will win Cash Prizes as follows;
  • ₹ 30,000 for 1st place winners
  • ₹ 20,000 for 2nd place winners
  • ₹ 10,000 for 3rd place winners
  • ₹ 2,000 for 4th to 10th place Winners

NTS EXAM GUIDELINES

We have prepared a set of Guidelines that outline important details about NTS 2023. These guidelines will be a key part of our NTS2023 Structure. You'll find the Guidelines to be self-explanatory, however, if there are any queries related to the Talent Search then please contact us on the contact information given below. These guidelines are available in 8 different Indian Languages so that no one gets missed out.

  • Students can Register themselves or through their schools by filling the form in Student Registration tab on the AMP World Mobile APP.
  • The examination comprises of Objective type Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
  • All questions are compulsory.
  • Each question has only one correct answer.
  • The total number of questions is 100 and each carry One mark.
  • Duration of the examination is 90 minutes from the start time.
  • There is NO NEGATIVE MARKING for wrong answers.
  • There will be 5 sections – each section containing set of 20 questions.
  • Further details regarding registration and the competition will be shared from time to time on the official website and through the AMP World Mobile App.
  • No extra attempts will be provided under any circumstances.
  • All decisions by the Exam Committee are final.

SYLLABUS FOR NTS 2023

The question papers are being set by a team of eminent academicians drawn from prestigious universities & institutes from across India.

For Colleges (Junior and Senior/Degree):

These questions are patterned on the standard aptitude tests conducted by companies, UPSC, GRE, etc, and will cover the following 5 topics/sections – each section containing set of 20 questions.

  • Quantitative Analysis
  • This section assesses your mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning
  • Here, you'll be tested on your ability to interpret data and use logical reasoning to solve problems.
  • Vocabulary and Reading Comprehension
  • This section evaluates your language skills, including vocabulary and reading comprehension.
  • Current Affairs
  • You'll be asked questions about current events and developments.
  • General Knowledge
  • This section tests your general knowledge on a wide range of topics.

NOTE: There will be a separate Question Paper for both the Junior/Intermediate College (XI & XII) and Senior/Degree College (degree; first four years) categories.

For Schools (VIII, IX, X Std)

These questions are patterned on the NTSE conducted by NCERT, and will consist of the following two parts

  • Mental Aptitude Test (MAT)
  • This section is common to all classes and assesses your mental aptitude and logical reasoning skills. This section will contain 50 questions.
  • Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT)
  • The SAT is divided into different subjects below and each subject will have 10 questions
    • English
    • Mathematics
    • Science
    • Social Science
    • General Knowledge & Current Affairs

NOTE:
There will be a separate Question Paper for VIII, IX and X Class Students.
MAT Section will be common to all classes whereas SAT will be different.
School Students of 8th, 9th & 10th Standard will have separate question papers; which will be available in 5 languages i.e. English, Hindi, Gujarati, Bengali & Urdu.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Students who are currently enrolled in a school studying in classes VIII, IX or X
  • Students who are currently enrolled in a junior or degree college for the academic year 2023 – 2024
  • Madrasa students between ages 13 to 15 years may participate:
    ● 13 years with class VIII
    ● 14 years with class IX
    ● 15 years with class X
  • Diploma, and ITI students with age limits from 13 to 17 years old can participate with junior college, and 17 to 21 with senior college.
  • NIOS students in the secondary course will take the school paper for class X, and senior secondary with junior college.
  • Only Indian citizens studying in India are eligible.
  • All ages are as of July 31, 2023.

WHAT MAKES NTS 2023 SPECIAL
AMP World MOBILE APP

The National Talent Search 2023 competition is being held this year using a specially designed mobile application called AMP World.

The AMP World app will host the National Talent Search 2023 with at least 1 lakh students appearing for the exam from all over India.

Through this mobile app, students can take advantage of AMP’s numerous programs like - career counselling, scholarship guidance, employment training and financial assistance for higher education helping in admissions.

AMP intends to keep all the 1 lakh Students connected through AMP World; so that they can all take advantage of AMP’s free programs forever.
