AMP National NGO Award

AMP National Awards for Social Excellence - 2021
An AMP initiative to honour NGOs & Changemakers all over India!

Association of Muslim Professionals (AMP) has been working for almost a decade and a half in the twin areas of Education and Employment Assistance. From a humble beginning in 2007, Alhamdulillah, AMP has grown exponentially and is present today in more than 100 Cities of India and as many as 16 Countries globally.

In the year 2020 amidst the Covid-19 pandemic & lockdown, AMP launched NGO Connect initiative, which aims to harness the power of Individual NGOs into a Collaborative Movement of Change. The idea is to develop a network or alliance of NGOs working for various issues of Community & Nation Building and also to facilitate inter-organization co-operation and co-ordination for implementation of Welfare Projects & Activities across the Country.

Alhamdulillah, in the past 1 year more than 200 NGOs have connected with us and collaborated on various AMP projects like National Talent Search (NTS) 2020, wherein 40,000 College Students participated from all over the Country. Then there was #O2ForAll (Oxygen Cylinders campaign) and #FeedthePoor Campaigns across the Country. There was also collaboration on Non-AMP projects like the Atal Tinkering Lab project from NITI Aayog, in which we collaborated with the Govt. allied partner Students Alliance LLP and helped the schools raise almost 8 crores in funds.

There are many other NGO’s  & individual's out there, who are doing great Humanitarian work in such challenging times with whom we can get connected for reaching out to more of the Needy and the Distressed.

Looking at the commendable work of all the NGO’s, Individuals & Changemakers spread across the Country and for appreciating their outstanding contribution to Nation Building, AMP has decided to institute ‘AMP National Awards for Social Excellence - 2021.
