Association of Muslim Professionals (AMP) Bangalore Chapter organized Strategic meeting at BIFT Hall, Darussalaam, Queens Road, Bangalore. The Agenda for meeting was to discuss the Annual Plan-2016. It was focused to discuss pragmatic and impactful strategies for certain key areas of AMP’s annual agenda as well as the flagship projects which we endeavor to launch at a pan-India level. The meeting was attended by 25+ AMP members from Bangalore and nearby town/suburbs. The meeting was convened by AMP’s Governing Council Members Mr. Mohammed Aaqil and Dr. Zahida Khan.

The significant points discussed in the meet were AMP Annual Plan-2016, AMP Official Membership, Employability Training cum Mock Interviews, Job Fair and a review of AMP activities in Bangalore in the Last Quarter (Q4 2015). The attendees put forward a range of creative ideas drawing from their diverse professional expertise, which can be worked upon to achieve substantial progress in the above mentioned areas. The enthusiasm and dedication of AMP Bangalore members can be judged from the statistics which includes over 30 Skill Development Lectures (SDLs) in and around Bangalore in the last 3 months. These were conducted by 12 expert professionals for 10th class students of various schools in City and surrounding towns of Bangalore. Approximately 4000+ students were benefitted by these lectures. The SDL topics were the most appropriate topics for high school students, well researched and designed by AMP content writing team. These include Know Yourself, Time Management, Study Skills, Communication Skills, Career Planning and Career options.

The meeting was also graced by several prominent personalities working in the areas of Social welfare in Bangalore. These esteemed individuals shared with the AMP team their idea of holistic Socio-economic development and how certain projects can be implemented faster in Bangalore. They also endeavored to extend their wholehearted support to the AMP team and guide them through their quest for excellence and prosperity of the community.

The meeting was concluded with the high spirited Bangalore team affirming their resolve to work holistically on their Annual Plan’s agenda & objectives; get the planned initiatives on the ground and achieve many more milestones in the near future. The meeting was also attended by other Core members Mr.Syed Nashit, Mr. Nayeemuddin, Mr. Mohammad Ghouse, Ms. Nazneen Chougle and Hashim Albadri.
