Nagpur Chapter conducts Good Parenting Workshop

AMP Nagpur Chapter conducted Parents Motivational Program on the Importance of Good Parenting on Saturday, 9th March 2019

AMP is a non-profit organization that provides assistance to underprivileged children by organizing different programs of Education and Employment for the betterment of the Society. Working in the same direction, AMP Nagpur Chapter has started the "Education Motivational Program for Parents" with the aim of creating awareness among the parents towards Education.

The first seminar was held on 9th March 2019 at Anjuman English High School, Sadar, Nagpur. This program was addressed by Lieutenant Colonel Tauqeer Muntakhab. In his session, he told the parents about the importance of education in life.Along with the upbringing of children, the maturity of their personality is also very crucial. To make children educated, parents should use their time wisely and concentrate fully on children's academics. The environment of the house should always be happy so that the child's mindset remains positive and reflect his personality.

Mr. Shakir Raza Khan, Nagpur Chapter Head mentioned that the responsibility of parents is not completed only from sending the child to school. For the good Education of a child, it is equally important that parents along with the teacher also take full responsibility for the child's education. Fathers should also take responsibility for the education of children as much as their mothers do. Fathers should always be friendly with their children after coming home, thereby increasing the child's confidence and motivating them. It is the equal responsibility of both parents to spend quality time with the children.

The session received an overwhelming response from the parents who requested AMP to conduct many more programs in the future.

Team AMP
