AMP conducted a Special Lecture in Pune

On February 26, 2018, the Association of Muslim Professionals (AMP) organized a Special Lecture on Creativity and Entrepreneurship at the Allana Institute of Management Sciences in Pune. The session was led by Abdullah Hasan Thakur, a prominent entrepreneur and CEO of Dhow Capital in Kuwait. Over 50 MBA students participated, engaging in an interactive workshop that emphasized the importance of creativity in entrepreneurship. Dr. Ganeshan, the institute's director, praised the session for its positive impact and Mr. Thakur's patient responses to student inquiries. The event was coordinated by Miss Shagufta Inamdar, with introductions by Mr. Imtiyaz Shaikh and insights into AMP's activities shared by Mr. Arshad Mirza. The faculty also attended, benefiting from the valuable insights provided. AMP expressed gratitude to the institute's leadership for their support in making the event successful.

Association of Muslim Professionals (AMP), as part of a special initiative all over the country, conducted an Employability Training Programme (ETP) on ‘Entrepreneurship and Creativity’ at Allana Institute of Management Sciences, Azam Campus, Pune on Monday, 26th Feb 2018.
Mr Abdullah Hasan Thakur is a well-known entrepreneur and trainer par-excellence based in the Middle East and CEO of Dhow Capital, Kuwait. He conducted a wonderful lecture and motivated all the participants to get started in their journey of Entrepreneurship. He gave insights on starting the journey of Entrepreneurship and how Creativity is important for the same.
The inputs imparted by Mr. Thakur gave a very positive feeling to the students to move ahead in the right direction. Over 50 students of Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme participated in the workshop that started at 2.15 pm and went on till 4.30 pm. Dr. Ganeshan, the Director of the Institute said “The session was wonderful and highly interactive and Mr. Thakur answered all the questions asked by the students very patiently.”
Miss. Shagufta Inamdar coordinated the lecture. In addition, Mr. Imtiyaz Shaikh introduced Mr. Thakur & Mr. Arshad Mirza spoke about AMP and its activities. The faculty of the college also attended the program and benefitted from it.
