On April 29, 2017, the Association of Muslim Professionals (AMP) hosted a Skill Development Lecture in Bhandup, Mumbai, focusing on the importance of education for underprivileged students in grades 8 to 10. Conducted by Mr. Nafees Khan, the session emphasized the benefits of education and aimed to foster a sense of belonging within the community. With 85 students in attendance, the event successfully engaged participants, addressing their educational queries and motivating them for future success. The positive response from the students highlighted the need for more such initiatives, showcasing AMP's commitment to empowering the community and inspiring change for future generations.
AMP Organized SDL on Importance of Education for the Underprivileged Students in Bhandup, Mumbai
To build up the growing momentum within the community,Association_of_Muslim_Professionals (AMP) conducted Skill Development Lecture for underprevilged students on Importance of Education on 29th April 2017 in Bhandup, Mumbai at Shrimati Dhondiram Patil Ground. These students were from 8th, 9th & 10th Grades respectively.
This lecture was conducted by Mr. Nafees Khan from Mumbai. He highlighted the importance of education and updated them with the benefits of the same. This was one chance whereby the students were made to feel involved with a sense of belonging in the community.
As these students came from the lower sections of society, it was a good way by which AMP connected with them and resolved queries pertaining to education. This instilled a sense of motivation in them which would bring about a change in the generations to come.
85 students attended the lecture and benefitted immensely. The Students were very motivated and pleased with this AMP activity and requested to hold more of such activities in the near future.
